Beautiful location in the center of Uzes, we were given a room that was directly on the pool with frosted windows, which we were not a fan of. The staff was super accommodating and managed to give us another room and ended with a quiet room with gorgeous view of the Évêché. Staff was lovely during our stay, room was bright, quiet and bathrooms was clean and well appointed. The little pool area was as great way to cool off during the middle of the day. Hotel is beautiful and would stay there in a heart beat!

The hotel building is a luxurious, renovated, wealthy Uze general’s stone home from the 14th century. We stayed in a suite with private terrace, which made the stay delightful. Schoomtz the orange tabby visited us for breakfast on the terrace (cheese, ham, croissants, jam, yoghurt, and fruit). Staff were sweet and helpful; they insisted, for instance, that we visit the Saturday market before checking out. We prepaid and this turned out to be a real bargain. Uzes is a charming city for tourists.

The location was perfect...it was so central to our needs. The room was lovely, and the views were exceptional. The hotel was quiet...we never heard a thing from any other rooms. The staff were so helpful and so incredibly friendly....their English was way better than our French...which we appreciated. We loved that the whole experience and visit was so originaly french ..would most definitely visit again.

Uzes is a lovely town and this hotel is located in the best place to explore. The room was beautiful - very spacious and several windows to let fresh air in. The staff is what makes the hotel exceptional. Loic was so warm and friendly, answered our many questions and provided above and beyond service ! The breakfast staff were also exceptional and their breakfast buffet was amazing !

The location was fantastic. Right opposite the cathedral with a great view of the tower from the pool. Very close to the heart of Uzès with shops, restaurants, patisseries and markets! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was great. The air conditioning was good and much needed during the heat in August.
